The Giiker Super Ludo Board Game offers a fresh take on a classic favorite. It requires 3 AA batteries, which are not included. I appreciate that the battery compartment does not require a tool for access. While I understand the need for screws in electric games, I prefer a design without them, as it allows for easy battery removal after playing. This way, if we don't play for an extended period, we don't have to worry about the batteries leaking or breaking down.I also love that the game pieces are stored within the game itself. I favor games that come with their own storage solutions. Additionally, this version features an updated pop-o-matic dice mechanism that is digital. While playing, players may encounter special symbols that can send them through wormholes or even hit by a meteor, sending them back to the start. The objective is for the first player to get all three pieces to the finish line, after which the board lights up in the color of the winning player.The only issue we encountered was that when we set up blockades, the pieces would often topple over, and we sometimes lost track of their positions on the board. It would be great if the pieces were magnetic, or if the board itself had a magnetic surface to prevent this from happening.This board game is suitable for both young and old players. It's easy enough for children yet challenging enough to engage adults. The board is sturdy, and the box is well-constructed to ensure it lasts for years. While the price is on the higher side, it is expected for a brand of this quality.

This game is like a digital version of "Trouble" so it's fairly straightforward. The board game itself is very well made - sturdy and well packaged. My kids (8 and 12) usually love board games, but this one couldn't keep them interested. We have a couple other games from this brand, and they're usually so captivating. We might have to give this another try, but kids' first impression was lukewarm.

In all honesty, this game doesn't seem like much at first glance but there's so much strategy and an electronic type of dice in the middle section which was really neat! We brought this with us when we went cabin glamping by the ocean and my son and hi a friend played it for hours! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the incredibly high price. I would only get this again (now his friend wants one for his upcoming birthday) if the price came down significantly. Overall, awesome game though!

Coming from a board game loving family, this game was easy to set up and let my kids play. It's akin to a digital version of trouble but equipped with sound-effects for the dice and the six "events" that add additional layers to game play. The events add some complexity to the game which is a fun twist. The pieces all tuck away nicely into side pockets under the color blocked corners.Not our family's first GiiKer product and still the same game play and fun one would expect from this brand. Has been great to play with 8+ year olds, up to 4 players or in teams.Board is all plastic and doesn't require folding or bending of any sort. Stores as one whole piece. Simple instructions and a lot like other board games which makes game play simple. Game does know when the achievement has been reached and signals completion with sounds and lights.

My 7-year-old especially loves the built-in dice roller and how the pieces store neatly inside the board (no more lost pieces!).The game is recommended for ages 6 and up, and I’d say that’s spot-on. It’s easy enough for younger kids to understand after a quick explanation, but still has enough strategy and surprises to keep older players engaged. The difficulty level is light to moderate, making it perfect for mixed-age groups.Durability-wise, it’s excellent. The board and pieces are sturdy, and the magnetic storage is a smart touch. We’ve played it over a dozen times and everything still looks brand new.For the price, it’s a great value—tons of replayability, compact design, and fun for 2 to 4 players. Whether you’re teaming up or going solo, it’s fast-paced, strategic, and full of laughs.
